Phraktal & Kluute – XXII Ely with Remixes by Full Funktion [KMS Records] and Neil Browne.
Phraktal return to Bakroom with XXII Ely with long time studio collaborator Kluute and hit no.21 at its height on Beatport in the Progressive House & Techno Top 100 releases sections, our very first here at the label.
The Original track featured on Phraktal’s debut album – Why 1 is One and 2 is Two, which was released in 2015 on Bakroom and since has spawned a string of hit releases/remixes recently released on labels such as Omnis, 238W and Iconyc.
The full release Includes the Awakenings and Toffler Festival favourite as played by Eats Everything by Full Funktion.
Eats Everything played their mix of Ely in his recent set at Toffler* in Rotterdam and *Awakenings Festival in 2018, you can check that set out here via his podcast:
On the final mix, we round out the all Irish package with Neil Browne, based in London, with releases out on Detone, Playmobil, Mirabilis, Stripped, Kyubu, 238W and Baroque. Neil provides a really fresh take on the original. He carefully crafts his way through the track with subtle use of the original parts to great effect.
